Shipping policy

Once you have placed your order we will begin to process it within 24 hours, Any product orders that aren't wigs are shipped out within 1-5 days, whilst orders for wigs, bundles, frontals & bundles that aren't on hand take 18-28 days to be shipped out, all of which come customised and ready to wear/install. 

If you are picking up your order you will receive an email or SMS notifying you that your wig is ready for pick up from our store.

U Define Hair & Beauty will have no responsibility for missing packages once dispatched. Direct contact with AUS Post will need to be made.
