How long will it take for me to get my order?
Depending on your order (wigs & bundles) please allow 12-28 days for your order to be ready for shipping or delivery, you will be notified once your order is ready for pick up or shipping.
Do you have any wigs in stock?
We do not always have wigs or bundle stock on hand, orders can take 12-28 days to be shipped out or ready for pickup. We have limited restocks available every few weeks/months. These wigs are found under our ready to ship page.
How do I order a custom wig?
On our website fill out the "Custom Wig Order" form found on our "Custom Order" page, make sure you fill in everything that applies to what you are after as well as including picture inspiration to ensure that we can send you an accurate quote.
What services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of services, including wig installations, sew-ins, wig revamps, custom colours & customisation. Please refer to our "Wig Services" Page to book in for your wig services and to book in for any installation please click "Book Now" on our Instagram page. Refer to our Price List highlight for all the prices.
Can I provide my own bundles or wigs for services?
YES! We do, however depending on the service you are after if we find that your hair is synthetic or is poor quality for i.e. custom colour we will not be able to fulfill the service. We assess all units before payment is made and ensure we can produce the best results for you.
